Bond set at $1.1 million for Baton Rouge woman accused of killing two boyfriends

BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) — Jail records show a $1.1 million bond was set for a woman accused of fatally shooting two men she had been in relationships with in Baton Rouge.

Janice Frazier, 42, was initially arrested and booked into the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison on Monday, July 17 in connection to the death of her boyfriend, Christopher Holden, 34. The Baton Rouge Police Department said Holden was shot to death near an apartment on Boulevard De Province on Saturday, July 15 before his body was found at a BREC park.

Frazier was charged with second-degree murder and obstruction of justice before she was arrested again in connection to another fatal shooting.

Police said Frazier admitted to shooting and killing another boyfriend, Emanie Gerard Anderson Jr., 29, in October 2021. She was charged with second-degree murder and illegal use of a weapon in this case.
