OMAHA, Neb. (BRPROUD) – The LSU Baseball team lost to Florida, 24-4 on Sunday, June 25 as part of the College World Series.
Florida had 24 runs to even out the series. The Gators hit six home runs in the game. LSU had the lead in the bottom of the second inning, but couldn’t get a good hit while the bases were loaded in the first and second innings, according to LSU.
In total, LSU had four runs and seven hits. Florida had 24 runs and 23 hits, according to ESPN.
The Tigers will play the Florida Gators at 6 p.m. on Monday, June 26 at Charles Schwab Field in Omaha.
