In the wake of Madison Brook’s sexual assault and death after a night of drinking at Reggie’s bar, East Baton Rouge Parish is assessing what it can do to tamper underage drinking.
Metro Council members floated several ideas that could make it harder for those under the age of 21 to drink alcohol at bars. One of the ideas involved barring 18- to 20-year-olds from entering bars.
