Crawfish festival to be held at Lamar Dixon Expo Center

GONZALES, La. (BRPROUD) — Let the good times boil.

The Dreams Come True Louisiana nonprofit organization will host a South Louisiana Crawfish Festival on Saturday, April 15 at the Lamar Dixon Expo Center in Gonzales.

Aside from crawfish cook-offs, eating contests, and a cornhole tournament, the festival will also feature a car show, a petting zoo, live music, and arts and crafts tables.

Doors open at 9 a.m. and will end at 9 p.m. Tickets will be available at the door for the low price of $5 per person and children 12 and under get in free.

All profits will benefit the organization.
