BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) — The 2023 Fairytale Festival is a brand new event that’s coming to the capital area this summer.
The Fairytale Festival is a collaboration event of the region’s top children performers such as the Petite Princess Company, the Dinosaur Experience, Capital Superheroes, and Fun with Trixie. From princesses and mermaids to superheroes and dinosaurs, these organizations have kept Louisiana children entertained for years.
Guests will interact with multiple characters on a “quest” to collect items. The festival will also feature two performances, a sing-a-long with the princesses and an interactive dinosaur show during each session, surprises, and a free book with admission. 75 children are allowed in attendance per session.
The festival takes place Saturday, July 8 and Sunday, July 9 at the Crowne Plaza Imperial Ballroom, 4728 Constitution Avenue. Session times include 10 a.m.-11:30 a.m., 12 noon-1:30 p.m., and 2 p.m.-3:30 p.m. on both days.
Tickets are now available here and are $45 per child and $25 for adults.
