The Saints and Carr agreed to a four-year deal for $150 million dollars with $100 million in guaranteed money. Ian Rapaport and Mike Garafolo are reporting that $60 million of that will be fully guaranteed in a signing bonus with another ten million dollars guaranteed coming at the end of the first season.

The Saints look to bolster their signal-caller position, one that has flipped back and forth since the departure of Drew Brees a couple of years ago.
Carr is a former Raiders quarterback from Fresno, California. He played with the Raiders since 2014.
The Saints finished 7-10 last season after struggling to find the replacement for Drew Brees who departed the team two seasons ago.
Carr, who is 31 years old, also looked at the New York Jets and the Carolina Panthers after the nine-year veteran was released by the Raiders.
