HVS Brokerage & Advisory announced the sale of the 64-key Comfort Suites Westchase Houston Energy Corridor, located at 2830 Wilcrest Drive, Houston, Texas 77042.
The property, built in 2000, was purchased by Samay Resort, based in Middletown, New York, from Jala Shiv, based in Houston, Texas.
