Four Seasons Hotel Seattle unveils its newly redesigned two premiere suites, the Presidential and Governor’s Suites, as well as 10,500 square feet (975 square metres) of meeting and event space.

“The completion of our renovation represents a culmination of luxury and hospitality at Four Seasons Hotel Seattle. Working in collaboration with our designers, we aimed to capture the essence of our signature location, embracing the breath-taking views and ever-changing natural light,” says General Manager Sebastian Hinsch. “As we celebrate our 15th anniversary this November, we will continue to evolve and remain relevant, providing an unforgettable experience for our guests.”

For the suite renovation, Four Seasons enlisted Los Angeles-based Wimberly Interiors, who also designed the guest room refresh in 2019. Inspired by the dynamic Elliott Bay and surrounding mountains, the new palette blends modern architectural features with basalt and light wood finishes, creating a harmonious ambiance.

On the Hotel’s 10th floor, the one-bedroom Presidential Suite includes a spacious living room, formal dining room for 10, museum-quality original works on loan from private collections, and a built-in fireplace. Additional amenities include a mini kitchen, bar seating for three, fitness studio and commanding waterfront views of ferries, Seattle Great Wheel, and Olympic Mountains from windows that span the entire suite. Custom furniture creates flexible and productive spaces for gathering, entertaining, dining, meeting, and connecting.

The Governor’s Suite, located on the 9th floor, includes a living room and dining room connected by a double-sided fireplace, as well as a spacious bedroom with floor-to-ceiling views of Elliott Bay. The dining room seats six.

Ascending the grand staircase, the meeting space continues to celebrate the spectacular view, with carpeting that reflects the play of light on Puget Sound, piers, and the sky in tones of blue and gold. The result is a fresh and vibrant destination setting that can be tailored to any occasion.

EDG, a global hospitality design and branding studio headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area, completed the new look for the meeting space. EDG was also responsible for the modern design of Goldfinch Tavern.

In the main Ballroom, a favourite location for weddings, milestone celebrations and C-level events, existing ash finish-work and cool grey slate tile are represented in the palette to achieve harmony with the Hotel public spaces but abstracted in shimmering form. The adjacent Foyer is a spacious pre-event space with the same Seattle waterfront views as the Ballroom.

Chic and intimate, Sycamore, Cypress, Maple and Birch have natural light streaming in from floor-to-ceiling windows. Cypress and Sycamore face Pike Place Market, while Birch and Maple, boardroom-size spaces, face Seattle Art Museum.

Four Seasons Hotel Seattle is one of the city’s best vantage points for a quintessentially Pacific Northwest meeting or event, where personalized service, authentic cuisine and the city’s largest rooms hallmark each experience.

Four Seasons Hotel Seattle puts guests in the heart of the city’s downtown, with the Seattle Art Museum on one side, iconic Pike Place Market on another and the waters of Elliott Bay gleaming to the west. The Hotel offers 147 spacious guest rooms, including 13 suites and is often the hotel of choice for those seeking luxury accommodations, service and event space.
