Swissotel Marianske Lazne Resort & Spa to Open 2024 in the Czech Republic

The 130 room Swissôtel in the Czech Republic will be located in Marianske Lazne which has been known for a long time as a famous spa and leisure destination. The new property will be built by the merger of five monumental buildings.

There are a lot of famous places around Swissôtel Marianske Lazne Resort & Spa, The Singing Fountain, and Main Colonnade, as well as numerous sports facilities such as a ski slope, a well-known motorcycle racing circuit, and the only royal golf club outside of a Commonwealth country and the oldest golf club in the Czech Republic.

The investor and owner of the hotel is Grathon Business a.s, a company that delivers projects on a larger European scale.

Marianske Lazne together with Karlovy Vary and Frantiskovy Lazne recently was recognized as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.

The hotel is located 50 min drive from the International Karlovy Vary Airport, 2 hours by car from the Prague Vaclav Havel Airport, and a little more than 2 hours of drive from the city center of Prague. The guests can combine a trip here with a visit to Nuremberg (177 km), Dresden (216 km), and Leipzig (236 km).
