HVS Hotel Management announced it has been selected to operate the to-be-built Wyndham Garden in Forest Park, Georgia. Construction on the property is expected to begin before year-end 2023, with an anticipated completion date of early 2025.
Owner Steve Bernard commented, “We are delighted to be working with HVS Hotel Management on this property as we work with Forest Park on the downtown redevelopment process. Our selection process was rigorous, and we were impressed with the content of the HVS proposal and approach. We look forward to this being the first of a number of properties that we have in our pipeline to build.”
Forest Park, Georgia, is one of the largest cities in Clayton County and offers numerous recreational activities for both visitors and residents, including more than 70 acres of scenic walking trails and the Atlanta State Farmer’s Market. It is also conveniently located approximately five miles from the Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport.
