LSU 2024 football season conference opponents announced

BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) — The LSU Tigers have learned their in-conference opponents for the 2024 football season.

According to the Southeastern Conference (SEC), football teams were informed about their conference opponents for the 2024 football season. Two universities, the University of Oklahoma and University of Texas, will be joining the SEC, effective July 1, 2024.

The schedules were determined by two factors, regular opponents and balance of schedule strength.

The Tigers are set to face the Alabama Crimson Tide, Ole Miss Rebels, Oklahoma Sooners, and Vanderbilt Commodores at home in Tiger Stadium. The Tigers are scheduled to go on the road to play the Arkansas Razorbacks, Florida Gators, South Carolina Gamecocks, and Texas A&M Aggies.

A complete schedule will be released as the 2024 season gets closer.
